ISS Nautilus expands booking system for Ad Alliance to include print

Multi-channel system enables more flexible booking of the Ad Alliance portfolio. With the addition of print to the ISS Nautilus booking software, SQL Service GmbH has been serving a gap in demand from both publishers and cross-media marketers since last year. Ad Alliance has been accessing the software provider's latest offering since January 2023 and now also markets the print portfolio completely via the multi-channel system.

The integration of the print business processes is the logical consequence of the previous successful cooperation between Ad Alliance and the Wuppertal-based software house. Video, ATV, CTV, audio and display are already comprehensively embedded in the company's existing infrastructure via ISS Nautilus and are synchronized with the ad servers used via interfaces. In order to meet Ad Alliance's specific requirements, SQL Service now adapted the capabilities of ISS Nautilus to the individual needs of print marketing.

Isabella Thissen, COO of Ad Alliance: "In order to offer our advertising partners the best user experience, it is necessary to digitize the value chain. Our Nautilus booking system is a key component in this. Making our print titles accessible via it is a logical step - also in the implementation of our crossover strategy. With the onboarding of print, we have now integrated almost all genres into Nautilus, so that everything from quoting and order management to billing can be done from one system."

Following the integration of print advertising bookings into ISS Nautilus, SQL Service Co-CEO Jens Pöppelmann believes the software's potential is far from exhausted: "We are currently working flat out to launch further innovations. Above all, it is important to fully map the TV sector via the multi-channel system. This is a step that unites all current media channels and offers advertising marketers and media companies the prospect of marketing their entire portfolio from a single system. Advertisers, in turn, benefit from transparent documentation and processing of their cross-media bookings within one order."
